Two booth staff are authorized with a booth registration; at check-in you will be provided with two booth staff badges. If you have additional booth staff, you must purchase day(s) or week tickets for the additional booth staff.
Set up is Monday August 8. The welcome reception is Monday at 5:30pm when the Hall opens.

Our exhibit hall starts on Monday August 8th at 5:30 with our welcome reception. This allows the majority of our attendees to visit the booths. On Tuesday, from 1:30 -5:00 PM the exhibit hall becomes a career fair as most of the exhibitors are the federal agency recruiters. This event is open to public. This year one of our sponsors plans to take the career fair virtual by doing Facebook live and visit each booth so that people from around the country can attend. We had an additional 200 attendees in Exhibit Hall this way.
We anticipate our attendance to be around 350-400 this year. But we could go higher.
The booths come with two registrations which means we will provide your Booth staff breakfast and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday. You are invited to also attend the Awards Banquet on Wednesday evening and you are included in the welcome reception refreshments.
