  • Each booth is authorized two booth staff. Each booth staff gets a ticket to the Award Luncheon and full access to the training event. Additional booth staff must purchase a full training registration.
  • Booth setup is Monday, August 5, 2024, 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
  • Booth take down is Wednesday, August 7, 2024,  9:00 a.m. to Noon.
  • The WIFLE Career Fair is Tuesday, August 6, 2024, afternoon, when Students and the public are invited to visit.


Each WIFLE Booth comes with a 6' table and two chairs. Bring your displays and branded table cover.  Mail booth material to arrive between July 15 and August 1, 2023, labeled and addressed as

Reserve Booth Space at WIFLE 2024

  • The 2024 booth rates are the same in 2024 as they were in 2023.
  • Early fee is $1595. The fee is $1695 thereafter.
  • A Nonprofit under IRS Code 501(c)(3) rate is $1095 and $1295 after June 30. (Federal agencies are government, not nonprofits, and are not eligible for a nonprofit rate.)
To register booth staff, you will need to know the first and last name, email address, WIFLE Member Y/N, Food Allergies, Attending Award Luncheon Y/N. Use the button above to apply for booth space and register your two booth staff for WIFLE 2024. When you apply for booth space, it is a commitment to pay.  WIFLE accepts a purchase order, credit or debit card, check by mail, or EFT - one payment option is required at the time of booth purchase.


Live Broadcast Career Fair
WIFLE partner, FEDagent, will arrange directly with you to visit each agency booth to talk to your recruiters. The event will be broadcast live over LinkedIn. You will receive a message from the interviewer who will prepare your two booth staff for the broadcast. Highlight your agency vacancies, career ladders, urgent recruiting and staffing needs.

WIFLE will offer check-in service on Sunday, August 4, 2024, from 3 PM to 7 PM, and on Monday morning, August 5, 2024, from 8 AM to Noon. Look for the WIFLE check-in desk at the Alexandria, VA, hotel listed in your confirmation message.

The WIFLE Annual Leadership Training will be located in Alexandria, Virginia, from August 5 to 8, 2024.
