  • The 2024 booth rates are the same in 2024 as they were in 2023.
  • Early fee is $1595. The fee is $1695 thereafter.
  • A Nonprofit under IRS Code 501(c)(3) rate is $1095 and $1295 after June 30. (Federal agencies are government, not nonprofits, and are not eligible for a nonprofit rate.)
  • The public will be on site on Tuesday afternoon, August 6, 2024.
To register booth staff, you will need to know the first and last name, email address, WIFLE Member Y/N, Food Allergies, Attending Award Luncheon Y/N. Use the button above to apply for booth space and register your two booth staff for WIFLE 2024. When you apply for booth space, it is a commitment to pay.  WIFLE accepts a purchase order, credit or debit card, check by mail, or EFT - one payment option is required at the time of booth purchase.

WIFLE will offer check-in service on Sunday, August 4, 2024, from 3 PM to 7 PM, and on Monday morning, August 5, 2024, from 8 AM to Noon. Look for the WIFLE check-in desk at the Alexandria, VA, hotel listed in your confirmation message.

The WIFLE Annual Leadership Training will be located in Alexandria, Virginia, from August 5 to 8, 2024.
