The WIFLE Foundation Annual Training is one of the premiere training events for women in federal, state, tribal and local law enforcement.  We offer workshops and seminars on current topics critical to your career.  In Exhibit Hall, our recruiters are anxious to provide you information you need to advance your career, obtain health and liability insurance, explore work-life options, and more.  We welcome all attendees in a warm reception on Monday evening and kick off the training on Tuesday morning. The WIFLE Foundation Annual Training for 2023 is cost effective for your agency as an investment in its employee - YOU!

• If you book through the WIFLE room block at the host hotel, your room is at a reduced Federal rate. 

• Your week's training package includes 3 breakfasts and a ticket to the Wednesday evening Award Banquet. In addition, you have access to the breaks/refreshments throughout a day and the Monday evening Welcome Reception.

• You have access to Exhibit Hall open Monday afternoon and thereafter, to talk to the onsite recruiters from the various agencies as well as explore liability and insurance options with the company vendors. 
  

• You will have access to the WIFLE Foundation Store and will be able to meet and talk to the WIFLE Executive Board and officers who are onsite in Tampa.  
  

• You are welcomed in a warm reception on Monday evening with snacks and a drink (water, soda, beer or a special WIFLE drink) and kick off the training on Tuesday morning with our formal opening ceremony.
  

• Wednesday evening's Award Banquet is a significant event for award recipients, their guests and their agency heads.

• For attendees on site on Monday, we offer strategic professional workshops which fill up quickly.  These Monday Workshops are so well received and so critical for attendees.

• On Thursday afternoon, we offer a very popular and impactful Flash Mentoring session which allows you to question high-ranking women in law enforcement...no subject is off limits, and we usually see standing room only for this session!
