SUBMIT A PROPOSAL TO CONDUCT A WORKSHOP AT THE ANNUAL WIFLE FOUNDATION TRAINING
WIFLE opens for proposals each year in January, February and March. WIFLE invites potential contributors/presenters to submit proposals for consideration as a workshop session at our annual WIFLE Foundation Training.
WIFLE normally does not pay for speakers or presenters. Instead, we offer you an audience of attentive law enforcement members of Federal, State and local governments which can lead to future paid engagements for the presenters. WIFLE accepts proposals each year in January, February and March. Each session runs 90 minutes and may be presented twice in a day. Each year the training focuses on leadership skills for women in law enforcement, civil rights and procedural justice, career planning and more. Past sessions have been on leadership in the workplace; adversity and diversity; gender equal supervising; crisis management; professional growth and development; skills to survive engagement challenges; and task-specific panels and workshops such as resume writing and interview techniques, management skills; handling difficult employees; addressing training needs and similar topics.Download the Workshop Training Proposal Application
