Each WIFLE Booth comes with a 6' table and two chairs. Bring your displays and branded table cover. Setup is Monday 9am-3pm; take down is Wednesday 9am-12noon. Mail booth material to arrive by Wednesday, August 9, 2023, addressed to:

Exhibit Hall opens Monday at 5:00pm and closes Wednesday noon. The WIFLE Welcome reception is held in Exhibit Hall giving our attendees access to your booth and staff on the first day, Monday, August 14, 2023.
LIVE BROADCAST CAREER FAIR
WIFLE partner, FEDagent, will arrange directly with you to visit each agency booth to talk to your recruiters. The event will be broadcast live over LinkedIn. You will receive a message from the interviewer who will prepare your two booth staff for the broadcast. Highlight your agency vacancies, career ladders, urgent recruiting and staffing needs.

FEES
Exhibit Booth $1595 if paid by midnight June 30 / $1695 July 1 through July 21
Nonprofit Booth $1095 if paid by midnight June 30 / $1295 July 1 through July 21
For each of the two booth staff, access is provided to full training/meals/refreshments/banquet/welcome reception: two allotted per booth. If you use additional booth staff, use the Training Registration Form to purchase access for your additional booth staff
